In 2020, Simon Fraser University (SFU) was recognized by Fairtrade Canada and the Canadian Fair Trade Network (CFTN) as the first educational institution in the country to attain Fair Trade Gold Campus status. Proximis was hired to produce a short animated video using a modern cartoon-style animation to celebrate this important milestone.
The video also served to remind SFU’s student body of their continued commitment to serving fair trade products like coffee, tea, chocolate and bananas on all of its campuses.
