Communications Strategy
Communications planning, message development, campaign management, and advertising are all led by our highly-skilled Communications Strategy team. We develop effective digital strategies informed by best practices and backed by research, to help our clients cut through the noise and effectively reach their audiences. We’re experts in buying ad space on all digital platforms as well as broadcast and print media.
Design
Our creative-first approach prioritizes the development of high-quality multimedia content early on in a client engagement. We pride ourselves on our innovative design services, handcrafted by an experienced team working at the top of their fields. Our specialties include graphic design, branding, illustration, compositing, UI/UX web design, print, 2D and 3D motion graphics, and photo editing.
Proximis has 4 in-house multi-disciplinary designers, each exhibiting a diverse array of creative styles tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. These designers possess extensive international work experience, enriched by exposure to various countries and cultures. What sets our design team apart is their dual proficiency in both design and marketing, making them key people in our strategic planning and project management offerings.
Creative Direction is provided by our Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Manager of Creative Services, and other staff. These senior staff, working collaboratively with our creative team, frequently develop creative briefs, production plans, and creative strategy documents which ensure alignment between our team and our clients.
We offer design services within the following specialties: brand development, layout, print products, illustration, digital painting, photo compositing. We estimate that Proximis has produced approximately 3,000 image-based graphics or ads since incorporation.

Video
With state-of-the art equipment and a talented team of 3, our video team storyboards, films, edits, animates, and bring stories to life with videos we know will stand out. Our content portfolio ranges from ads appearing in cinema, TV and digital platforms, to animations, documentaries, explainer videos, and corporate work.
We have a video production team of five, led by two senior editors and one cinematographer, and supported by two junior editors, one of whom is a motion graphics specialist. Additionally, the Creative Director and File Leads are intimately involved in all aspects of the video production process.
We offer video production services within the following specialties: interview videos, compilation videos, impact-oriented advertising, long-form documentaries, motion graphics design and animation. We estimate that Proximis has produced 60 motion graphics videos, and 500+ live action/documentary videos (ranging from 15 seconds to 30 minutes) since incorporation.
