Health Match BC, an organization that has successfully recruited thousands of Canadian and Internationally Educated Health Professionals to British Columbia was looking for external assistance to develop a comprehensive international marketing campaign to recruit Physicians to fill vacancies at BC’s public health employers. This new campaign would complement existing physician recruitment initiatives by Health Match BC.
The visual identity for PJBC was developed to fit within the existing larger branding colour palette, and distinctly separate from the existing Nursing Jobs BC and Allied Health Jobs BC brands. The website and creatives developed incorporated heavy use of scenic BC landscapes, consistent with messaging regarding BC’s stunning natural beauty, adventurous lifestyle, and mild climate to attract physicians from outside BC.
Proximis planned, designed, and built a brand new website “Home - Physician Jobs BC” using the new newly established visual identity, along with messaging that was provided to us by the client. Developed using WordPress, the website was tailored for seamless viewing on multiple devices and search engine optimized for enhanced search visibility and indexing.
Following the website launch, Proximis initiated an international paid advertising campaign, targeting domestic and international physicians who would be interested in re-locating to BC. The work involved the development of a comprehensive marketing plan, including audience targeting, copywriting, visual elements, and the strategic selection of advertising platforms, all within an established budgetary framework for the fiscal year.
The campaign for PJBC is live and has been showing positive results for registrations. With many proposed activities that could benefit the PJBC campaign, we hope to be able to continue supporting the recruitment of physicians to British Columbia.
